CAPITAL REGIONAL PARTNERS is a Veteran Owned Real Estate Company that buys, renovates, holds, leases and sells Residential Real Estate. We have worked with the department of HUD for 15 years as Real Estate Consultants, Inspectors & Project Managers

In this capacity we have inspected, written scopes of work and managed general contractors as part of the Housing Renovation Assistance Program (HRAP) focusing on:

• Energy Efficiency Upgrades
• Code Upgrades
• Health & Safety Repairs
• Environmental Repairs (Lead, Mold, Asbestos)
• General Renovations and Improvements (Hard & Soft Scape, Façade, Fencing, etc.)

This experience has helped us to become very knowledgeable in the housing renovation space and we are endeavoring to bring that experience to the acquisition of homes in the Rocky Mount, Triangle Area.
